Return Policy
GENERAL CONDITIONS
If you are not happy with the product you ordered from our Website, you may return your product within 14 days, without giving reasons and free of extra costs. Products that wish to be returned within this time frame (14-days) need to be unused and returned in the original packaging. We will not accept returned products that do not comply with these instructions. You will be responsible for handling the products with due care. We expressly reserve the right to deduct all damages/losses in value from amounts which we must reimburse to you.
After the 14-days return period, you may still return your product within 30 days. Products returned within this time frame undergo the following regulation: after receipt of your goods, a refund will be issued excluding the shipping and return costs (5.00 €/£).
If you want to return a product which you purchased as part of a promotion, please note the following: In case you return the product that you payed for, you must also return the free of charge product at the same time, otherwise, we will ask for the corresponding amount from you or deduct it from the amount to be refunded.
Please note that it can take up to 5-8 business days after receipt of your goods before we will refund you due to inspection and payment processing. Refunds will be given in the same form of payment as the original purchase.
We do not accept exchange of products.
RETURN PROCESS
If you wish to return something you purchased on our Webshop, according to the regulations, please create a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Request on your personal account. This can be done by visiting the MY COMPLAINTS dashboard after Signing in.
Below you can find the steps:
- Select the product (and the order) to return and follow the steps.
- Once your return is approved by our customer care team, a return label will be sent by email.
- In case of shoe order - place your shoe box inside another box (you can re-use the original box).
- Print your return label sent by our customer care team an place it on the box.
- The package can then be given to a DPD pick up point.
N.B.: If you did not create an account prior ordering please create an account and then requests us to match your order to the account. In this way, you can then request the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
